Mountain Break Hovden Telemark
The skiing season at Hovden lasts from November through to May each year and the trails are prepared every day, weather permitting. There are many possibilities no matter whether you are looking for alpine slopes or cross-country ski trails.
Stay comfortable at Eminent Hovdestøylen Hotel and Chalets (***+), located close to resort centre and 3 minutes from ski lifts by ski bus (free). Wide variety of cross-country tracks right outside the hotel (over 150 km).

Røldal Fjord Break - 3 Nights - Fugl Fønix Hotel
Latest: Estimated start of season is 1st of December
Alpine, Telemark, Cross Country, Snowboard or Off Piste. There’s something for everybody in Røldal.
Røldal is one of the few skiing destinations in Norway that can offer excellent snow conditions from November to April. Stay at Fugl Fønix Hotel in Etne, only 50 minutes from the ski center by car. Expressbus: 1 hour 25 minutes with departure from the hotel at 10.40 with return form Røldal at 15.30. Skibuss: 1 hour 20 minutes only Saturday and Sunday with min. 15 pax with departure from the hotel at 08.40 with return form Røldal at 16.00. Reservation one day in advance is required

Enjoy the ride in the trample machine to the top of the Røldal Ski Centre. Experience the “Alp feeling” overlooking the view towards the moutain district of Røldal.
This Skiing Center is the only one in Norway containing natural snow until the end of May.
Have some “œglivin” - a local variant of gløgg while the you let the impressions digest. Go skiing, snowboard or sledge down the slope. Let the snow drift and get rid of the daily stress!

Haukelifjell - 7 nights in Cabin - Only £207 per person!
You put on the skies immediately outside the apartment, and ski down to the bottom station (takes you 1-2 minutes) and whenever you like, you drop in, to your living place on the way down for a new ride.
Welcome to some fantastic days in the snow eldorado at Haukelifjell!
-only a few steps from Hardangervidda with heavy mountains at 1700m over sea level, only 6 hours skiing away. You can reach mountains at 1400-1650 m in 4 hours (if you are a good skier of course. If you are not, you can do training in well preparated tracks just outside your cabin.
Stay in a cabin by the slopes in the middle of Haukeli Mountain.

Winter Walks in Ryvarden - 2 nights
Ryvarden lighthouse is situated on a headland that stretches out into the fjord, with a view northward to Bømlafjorden and to Sletta in the south. From the old trading place at Mølstrevåg a narrow gravel path curves through two kilometers of scenery, changing from the distinctive cultural landscape, old stonewalls, and rich plant life to the windswept heather covered rocks.

Proceeded to Norway after our student exchange programme in Sweden. Visited Stavanger and climed up to Prekestolen (pulpit rock). Also went to Bergen and the nice places around the city. BEAUTIFUL.
